One session for all levels of ability. Split into distance and pace groups with group leaders. Runs of 3-7 miles. We can also cater for beginners.
We hold 2 sessions at 18:15 and 19:00.
Speed or Hill workouts with qualified coaches.
The later session is a more intense workout aimed at the more experienced runners but we can accommodate those who cant attend the earlier one.
Informal group runs for those who want a bit of extra mileage.

Meet in the car park. Toilets and Cafe.
9:00 Start for your longer, slower run - ideal for those training for half and full marathons. Pleasant runs, usually incorporating a significant amount of off-road along excellent cycle paths, tacks, canal towpaths or footpaths. Numbers attending varies due to any club events/races on the same day. If you want to improve over most distances from 10k upwards, the long, slow run is a must.
January - April is the peak training period for Spring marathons and the distance increases as the weeks go by!
If you intend doing a half or a marathon - come along!
We tend to have a coffee afterwards in the cafe - good social time!
