Times shown are based on your actual birthday. We have shown results for your age now and next birthday - in reality we use your age (in years/months/days) on race day.
Awards are based on the average results for a 10k, 10m and Half Marathon. You can, therefore, have one or even two times below the targets so long as you have one or two high enough.
The 5K times are shown for guidance only - use as a guide as to what you can achieve for the other distances.
Note that the female times are lower than male times for the same age - this reflects the different world records between genders.
