Record Turnout

The Course:

The course is approx 4.9 miles starting on a grass track on an embankment by the river  - which we follow for just under 3 miles. Then its just over half a mile on roads before following another track before returning to tarmac. The finish is back in the sports complex.

It is a very flat course - the only "hill" is about 10ft high where we pass below the railway bridge over the river.

It is suitable for ALL abilities and is marshalled.

Facilities

There are changing rooms, showers and toilets at the club.

Licensed bar and food post race for a social conclusion to the evening.
